Hello my fellow shroomerites (smartest people I know), I come to you in need of your wisdom. We've got a heat wave coming and I had my mom get this portable ac off a friend of hers and its a $400 machine that we got for $50.....problem is is theres no exhaust and I'm having a hellll of a time looking for it online. The slot in the middle in that one pic is where I need it to fit to and I can NOT find that adapter part except for on one website and it doesn't even tell me the dimensions. Every time I put the model number in google and look around I have no luck. How can I make my own if I have to? Most dryer hose is for the circlular adapter....ugh. So lost, please help before I break shit ahahah. If you guys need me to find a ruler and measure it out I will but I can tell you width wise its like 2 cm longer than my iPhone, haha. Height wise cant tell you but visually looking and with the info I provided hopefully we can figure this bs out. Much love

I would check Home Depot. Chance they might have something that will fit it.
Short of that or having a metal worker or something make you one.. I'd probably contact the manufacturer directly and see if they can help

Shroomism beat me to it. Contacting the manufacture is the easiest way.

Just cobble something up from duct tape and cardboard. It's not a very critical component; as long as the warm air doesn't all flow past the exhaust tube, it's fine.

Buy a dryer vent exhaust cap. Look for one with a galvanized metal out flow flange at least as big or a little bigger than those channels that held the old exhaust hose on. Then tape or ziptie a sextion of flex hose to it,
If the flange is too big..just cut it down with snips or score it with a razor knife and snap it off.

Something like this

Then zip tie or tape this to it
