I just saw them Live... Their singer was trippin... at the end he started humping the bass drum with his shirt off, and then got on a techs shoulders and walked around and did a 5 minute solo while on the guys shoulders... then he jumped back on stage, and did his high voice scream, and threw 4 picks into the crowd . It was a free concert, they only played 4 songs... It was good

they were actually decent, although I do consider them pop/chop category. thier base player wore a radical bandana with his hair standing up and was like ' oh ya i'ma badass'

all music is completely subjective anyways... everyone's entitled to their opinion about it. i just dont see very much bands that are similar to the darkness. im not really a fan either... but they are definately orignal.. and if you actually listen to the entire cd(not just the single) they are pretty good musicians

so says Shroomism , as he defended the band in another thread similarly... it's all about taste.. The first time i heard the singer screaming like a girl on the radio I was like, WTF... now it's kinda trendy

they played that one at the *free* concert I'll add...It was at bestbuy... anyways...it was funny because it was live on the rock station where I live, and he was all like, can I curse on the radio? .. and the crowd started yelling and cheering and flicking the bird.. and he screams in his high voice... Mooooothhherrr fuuuuuuccccckkkeeerrrr, on the radio... funny shit.

I was riding home in the car at the time, they said they had a clip from the show... but that the censorship standards in london differed from america and they were going to take a little more time to edit some stuff out from the show. (best paul harvey voice) And now I know the rest of the story.

I think the member of the band I liked best was the base player.. not because I used to play base, or he played exelently, but because he wore a bandana, and bobbed his head funky

I hate that fuckin band. I can't stand those fuckin commercial bands writing goddamn stupid annoying shitty music.
Lol sorry I'm a bit stoned right now and I listen to Anorexia Nervosa, a french black-metal band from France and it's just too goddamn good.
