Have you ever used psilocybin extract?

i really want to do an extraction this summer. but if you extract about an ounce into like a vile... how do you dose? will some drops do... or do you need a good amount?

A fresh ounce of P. cubensis would be 28,000 milligrams. In that fresh ounce you will get 15-30 milligrams of psilocybine.

One dose.

If you are talking a dried ounce of P. cubensis, then you are talking about possibly 10 to 15 doses.

Figure that one out.

You would only get a small amopunt of chemical.

I dont think using drops as an indecation to dose is a good idea, the best thing to get is some electronic scales that measure to .001 of a gram. Generaly these can be expensive but there is a way of mixing a known abount of substance in a known amount of solution to work ou the correct dose this would be better if you have a large amount of substance and unable to afford the scales.

A milligram is 1000 micrograms.

The math is there. It is hard to measure small amounts.

DOI is a 2-4 milligram dose. very potent. so is 2-ct-7 and 2-cb, very small doses and a lot of hits. As I mentioned above,

5 grams is 5000 milligrams. one dose of psilocybine is from 15-30 milligrams. It is easy to figure that out.

Ther eis nothing harsh in my post above onthe math involved in a dose of psilocine/psilocybine extracted from a fresh or dried dosage. I explained it without being rude, harsh or superior to anyone. It is plain and simple to figure out that it would be hard to measure a dose. That is what I implied and I was not harsh or rude in doing so.



No one, not even me needs to keep repeating answers toi anyones questions over and over and over in apost when it has pretty much been explained, and I did not make any rude complaints about reapeating what I said to begin with and it was not in a way superior to anyone.

I wish people would stop messing around with trying to work out how much is in a drop it would be far easier to disolve 1 g of substance A in 1000ml of solution.
This would mean that 125ml would give a dose of 0.2 g or 200 milligrams. This formula could be easily used so that even smaller amount of the substance could be accuratly measured by using a syringe.

How about this for determining the dose. If you extract 28 grams, then dilute the extraction into 280ml of water, that way every 10ml contains the psilocybin from 1 gram of mushrooms.

So, if you want a trip that you'd usually take 3 grams for, drink 30ml.

Seems logical to me.

I have heard of soaking your material in PGA then put in front of a fan to let it it evaporate until it’s 10 ml per 1 gram of material
