mini terrarium tek help needed

I colonized some straw with WBS in a plastic yoghurt cup and then covered with plastic bag to keep high humidity in there . Now , 5 fays later i have 100% colonization , my question is what to do now with it ? What to do now ?
Should i case this with some peat ? ( the cup is 1/2 filled with straw , and i can still add some peat ) , or should i get everything out and try to colonize with this some more straw and then case normaly , or should i just let it form shrooms in the terrarium ??? ( if i do the last thing , how much shrooms should i expect ...
It is very important not to fuck this up becose i used my last mycelium/spores to make it , so if this goes wrong i need to order some more and wait for it few weeks ...
Please help people ...

No , no .. you didn't understand !
Colonized WBS was mixed with pasteurized straw in a yoghurt cup , and now the straw is fully colonized !

how big is the colonized yoghurt cup? straw dries out pretty quickly so you might have to case it. good luck.

The cups are for 180 grams of yoghurt , half of the cup is filled with straw , i left the top to add casing layer if needed . I made this using the mini terrarium tek , so the humidity is all the time in there and the straw is moist all the time ...
-
this is how i made my mini terrarium too ... -ImOver18- posted theese pics ...
Only diference is that i filled my cup only to half volume , becose i wanted to case later ... So what do you think ? What should i doo ?

i am using the mini-terrarium tek. only problem i've found with it is its a little harder to get good air exchange. other than that it works well. i would case with straight vermiculite, though you could case with peat (if you have a little lime added to it).

if you are ultimately concerned with the lack of spores/myc, why don't you use your colonized straw and one of the simple "myc syringe" teks?

thanks man for the links ... I have one question more - when using the honey tek , can i use a chunk of mycelium instead of spores ?
Is the mycelium going to continue growth ?
I was thinking about using some of my healthy mycelium i have for this ... What do you think ?

try taking a piece of healthy mycelium and moving it to a new petri dish and growing another colony, thats one easy way to make multiple clones of the same mycelium, and u can make as many as u want, just keep adding nutrients
