Well, my cousin's best friend's brother's foreign exchange student live-in usually has to wait from 5 days up to 2 weeks to see formation of pins after casing. One day it'll look like a fuzzy mat then, the next day, it'll look like a fuzzy mat with some little specks in it (also, the fuzziness seems to clump up a little). They look alot like little pieces of perlite but more uniform in shape. More round. These are your pins and after a couple of days will be unmistakeable (?sp). Good luck.
