posted in the wrong section and the pics aren't the best, but if there is zero blue staining on any of the specimens then they're an inactive Pan species.  edible, but not exactly tasty imo and won't do anything :mushroom2: to your head.

the one with the slivery tone at the top of the second pic might be promising, but the pics are lacking and this should be posted in the right forum with an ID template filled out:

Habitat:
Where does it grow? Eg. woods, pasture, state, province, country, altitude, etc. What does it grow on? Eg. soil, dung, wood (dead, living, what kind of wood?), etc.

Gills:
Color, attached/not, gills/pores, etc.

Stem:
Length, diameter, color, texture, hollow/solid, thin/thick, etc.

Cap:
Diameter, color, texture, conical/spherical, convex/concave, etc.

Spore print color:
Very important!

Bruising:
Color that the mushroom bruises, if any.

Other information:
Scent of the mushroom, anything else you think is important, large close-up pictures showing stem, cap and gills.

spore is jet black

caps are all half circles

smells like fish out of a pond

stem is long and too skinny to hold up the caps once harvested

gills are big and grey/black

caps are all over the place from a quarter inch from 3 inches

it grew on dung on a farm in south carolina

i know they are safe but through me using a bunch of different guides i keep getting panaeolus cyanescens and seeing how they are usually in california and Hawaii i just wanted to get the genes and species

these aren't the droids you're looking for.

they're likely either Panaeolus antillarum or Panaeolus papilionaceus

probably the latter or a mixed collection.

Pan cyans will stain a very vivid blue that you cannot mistake.  they sometimes will deepen to a black color, but the vivid blue stands out and you would have mentioned it, i assume, if you saw it during harvest, transport, or the ID process you've been researching.
