Well said. One of my friends doesn't like to smoke my weed because "it's too good." He likes the gentle generic dispensary buzz. I, however, prefer the stronger true organic stuff I grow.

Showin ya'll my 5 individual tomaters growing here.. They approaching week 5 of veg right now, already added the veg juice n then took that one guys advice on adding the horse manure.. Plucked some of the bottom yellows.

One of en has a burnt brown rip in the one leaf, the one with the least leaves is the one and only one that accidentally had miracle grow in the mix, the other three tall babes I'm happy with. If your noticing a slight yellow tinge to any of the other good ones, I had over watered but I solved that, it's just right now where i am in Southern Ontario, days are long and HOT AS FUCK. Maybe floridians could resonate with the heat over ere leek fwok'!

Also, I grew up in the desert smoking mexi brick schwag. Sometimes all you could was brown seedy headache weed that smelled like hay or ammonia. Things have come a long way, and I haven't seen that kind of weed in fifteen years or so.

You can still find it in México if you're not a discerning consumer.  Still full of stems and seeds, just slightly fresher than the dried out hay we used to have to sift through in the 60's/70's.  I'm north of 49 and trust me, that shit dried out a lot on the trip to my local school yard back then.

The kind of stuff where it was more like de-weeding your seed. The sad thing is most of that stuff probably wasn't too bad fresh, you can grow out those seeds and come up with some decent stuff if you take care of it. Just goes to show how important the steps are after the plant is chopped down.

People in the northwest are spoiled. Most have never even seen bricked weed, and even one seed in a bag is a huge deal to some.

I germinated my autoflowers and went to put them in the soil and hour ago. I noticed a ton of mites or something crawling around in the soil. I sowed them anyways because I don't have anywhere else to put them. Am I screwed? I assume the mites are bad for the sprouts. Is there any way to get rid of them? For now I just sprayed a light misting of insect soap on top of the soil.

I looked it up and I think these actually might be the good kind of mites. I'm going to see if I can get a good shot of one in the morning.

Got a grow tent setup

My auto is recovering some, has about 45 days left to finish. Meh

I really like how the Zamaldelica is growing, will definitely clone if female. Is it normal for it to grow like this? I looks really indica to me. It supposed to be full landrace sativa, lul. I don't know though I'm a newb, but do you think that ace seeds gave me something else?

My Haze x Kali China(70% sativa) looking much more.. sativa-like

Do you guys think this will root?  I put some hormone on it and it's got an air stone pumping.

It should work, I am currently rooting cuttings in a water bottle and I just change the water every other day.

Question for those with outdoor experience/knowledge....

Do outdoor plants go through a "flowering stretch" like indoor plants will? Like this>>>

I know that indoors grown plants will stretch and grow quite a bit more once the lights are flipped to 12/12, seems some plants almost double in size....

....but since with outdoor the amount of light is just slowly tapering rather than changing over night, I'm assuming that there wouldn't be as much of a dramatic stretch/increase in growth during flowering and rather just a consistent rate of growth....?....Or do outdoor plants also explode in size during flowering?

For the longest time I always assumed that the plants actually slowed down their vegetative growth dramatically during flowering, with the buds swelling up I figured overall vegetative growth slowed down....but it appears the opposite is true....just learned about this a couple months ago lol, just wondering if it's the same for outdoor plants?

Outdoor plants do the stretch too, and even more so, I think. I bet, if my little ladies make it, they will double or triple in size before it's all over with. I've noticed, that as soon as you starts seeing pre-flowers, they start stretching like mad for the first couple of week, and then they slow down, and the buds start filling out.

Yeah the stretch is definitely a thing outdoors as well. Maybe slightly less dramatic than indoors but still very noticeable. The stretch only lasts 2 to 3 weeks, indoors or outdoors, once the plant starts actually flowering it only grows a few centimeters until it's done.

I'm not worried about the stretch. I got a 8' tall grow tent

Is this normal? I got a weird lobed leaf on the Zamaldelica. I think it grows really cool.
