just curious, but can anyone give me any help with finding information on the legality of growing? I'm wondering, specifically, penalties for certain quantities, conspiracy to distribute laws, personal freedoms, and entrapment laws. If anyone can be of any help, I'd appreciate.

I have a book somewhere that goes into a few details on this matter, but I can't seem to find it. I've been looking for an hour now. I'll keep looking for it and if I find it I'll post some particulars from it.

In many countries (Norway included, I think), the mushrooms are perfectly legal to possess - if fresh. It is only when they are dried that they become a "drug" - that is why they have been able to sell then in headshops in the UK, I suppose. there is some list of european countries drug laws that you can access through Erowid, but I am too lazy to find the link myself :grin:
