Q1. I inoculated a few quart sized popcorn grain jars with a spore syringe on 7-8-18 and was curious of where to store it? •Lighted area or no lighted area? •What temp range?
Q2. I inoculated a few agar plates with a spore syringe as well what is the best storage method for the Petri dishes? •Wrap with parafilm to seal it or don't seal it so it can breath? •Light or no light? •What temp range?
Q3. When making quart sized liquid culture jars where do you store these while they are colonizing? •Light or no light? •Temp range?
Q3 When should I expect to see results from Q1, Q2 & Q3 ?

For Agar plates, when you say light do you mean natural light or florescent day light? Is it constant or a 12/12 like my sgfc or monotubs? And if they are wrapped sitting on a shelf would be fine or better to stick in another SAB? Say you wanted to keep a master plate or keep healthy/strong plates on reserve for if something goes terribly wrong, at what point of growth (i.e. % ) on those said plates would you stick those bad boys in the refrigerator? I keep searching and getting answers that dance around my questions.
Also thank you for your agar tek, I was afraid but now feel like I can pull it off. PF tek just doesn't produce the volume I was hoping for and I'm wishing I would have started with Agar in the first place.

In a tub so dust keeps off, less to wipe off if theyre going back in the sab.
Agar doesnt need lights, dont waste your money.
