Food rarely comes in whole quarts. But I got lucky with these gallons.
Quarts are great because it makes measuring the amount of spawn your using pretty consistent.
But I do like seeing people reusing jars. Reduce reuse recycle mang.

Man its such a waste to just toss away used jars, especially if they were clean. I'll toss a jar if it got contaminated, but not even always. Im sure washing the jars out with soap and then pc'ing as usual will clear anything that could fuck up a project. Thats one thing you go through alot of with this hobby, mason jars. And the cost def adds up.

4th flush wet weight totals in at 295.5 grams, and grand total of all flushes to 1386.75! Printed the 3 caps shown, and took clones from each of them:

You should of seen my yard over the winter. Looked like a scene from Bambi. I counted something like 20+ deer eating myceliated/contam grains in my yard.

Thank you Yesum. From more than just me - I bet. Those are some beauties @Caps!!! Yeah, constantly trying like heck to get those clean jars... Has anyone tried cardboard? I have cube myc growing completely through and through some large bits of cardboard. I imagine if ya got yer moisture content just right, the myc would jump right into your grain. What/which ever that is... Check it out -
I know it won't fruit on cardboard, but people store the shit in their fridge as slants right? lol What can I do with mycelium all over a bunch of cardboard? hmmm Anyway... Does anyone have any idea what this is? I am betting one of the first petri dishes ever made in U.S.A.
I'll take some better photos. Says Dish No. 010 on the bottom of the glass so you can read it from above. Super interesting.

Actually it probably could fruit if u really babied it.
Early literature has ppl germinating spores on cardboard.
I could def find a use for that glass baking dish
