Death Cap?

I got no idea what this is:

First two look to be amanita ocreata or a similar species almost deff deadly. Dont think they are phallodies (sorry if misspelt) though. no idea about the other two. ALSO nice turtle find :laugh:

The first one is a beautiful Amanita Section Roanokenses, what used to be, and to me always will be, section Lepidella! It's gorgeous! I hope someone will give an exact species name.
Other one is probably section Caesarea, and the third mushroom is too blurry to say what it could be.
Location would help as well.

Im from kentucky, I knew the first wasnt death cap just a mention always gotta look out. The place I go is like amanita forest there are literally hundres of the yellow amanitas, I found pheloids one day around that exact spot.
