Contaminated? Bacillus?

Hi, This is my first grow, and I need some guidance.
I am following the Updated PF-Tek Guide 2017 Edition
I am on "Step 5: The Wait - Incubation"
Do my jars look like they are contaminated, or is everything OK? I used a Pressure Cooker for 45 minutes.

They are probably fine, But I'd suggest getting those off the floor. And to take pictures of the jars up close if your asking about contaminates.

Appears to be ok-ish...What's with the tote they're in?

Before you start...Do you have a Pressure Cooker and a Dehydrator? I highly recommend getting both!

I figured if I kept the jars in the SAB to colonize after I've inoculated, it would help keep contamination out.
Why take it off the floor? How high should I keep it off the floor?

Oh ok...just didn't know what that was
You can keep it on the floor...won't hurt anything
I think your jars are ok...just a little concerned about the one in the first picture. Looks a little dark for mush myc. Just keep an eye on them.
