First I just want to say Thank You Mycobag for that recent contest! w00t! Can someone recommend to which of these Mycobags would be best for growing cubes?

Blue oyster MycoKit? - Pleurotus columbinus

Pearl oyster MycoKit? - Pleurotus ostreatus

Lion?s mane MycoKit? - Hericium erinaceus

Gracias!

I believe that what you have won is an already colonized block of edible mushroom mycelium. I may be wrong but if they are not what will you do with the edible mushroom culture that comes with the bag? Just throw it out.

Pearl oyster MycoKit? - Pleurotus ostreatus

would be the easyer imho, though I bet you
could get good results from any. Have you tasted any of
these species? Pleurotus ostreatus is pretty much the most
common oyster mushroom.

If it were me, I would get the Lion?s mane MycoKit? - Hericium erinaceus, just because I dont have a culture of it, nore have i grown it :smile2:
