Help Me Save My Cakes!

Thank you for viewing this post.
I am new to this, using PF BRF Cake TEK. The problem is I used those stupid tall mason jars. Mycelium got SUPER stuck in each of them when trying to get them out. Like, SUPER FRIGGEN STUCK! I did my best getting them out. The first one was awful, I hit it on the table until it went a tiny bit past the lip of the jar, but at that point you can no longer hit it against the jar. I used this trick that I have when getting magic cards out of sleeves where you stop your hand holding the card (jar in this case) at the base of your palm with your other hand. Normally though, its rather painless since the cards slide out quite easy. This made my hand suffer. So I decided to (as gently as I can) grab the mycelium with my hands and kind of move it back and fourth until it came out - until it broke in half. GAH! Whatever. I will make two cakes out of it, right? The second was worse but nothing compared to the third. Which came out in dozens and dozens of pieces. PLEASE! I have since found and inoculated over 50 of the proper mason jars, desperately hope they dont repeat this horrible situation, but this is for another time.
I have done nothing but read up on TEKS and research but in my fit I forgot half of everything I had learned. Panicked, I quickly threw everything in a bowl. I know I read that cakes are better to use as cakes, not for casings, but whatever. I had two decent halves, and dozens of tiny pieces. So I tossed it in a bowl and started to mush. By this point, everything is dark blue. Bruised beyond hope. I rushed for my vermiculite, perlite and FK IT! Grabbed my coir. I have no hope at this point and sterilizing anything is the farthest thing from my mind. I soaked the coir till I could take some off, threw it and 3 cups of perlite and 3 cups of vermiculite in a strainer (one after the other). Drained and mixed all three together. I made sure the vermiculite was totally wet, but made sure nothing dripped off when I added it to the mix. I then soaked my horribly sad looking flakes of mycelium in water, mixed everything together and hastely made a SGFC bin out of a bin 50x too big. Tossed everything in and started to cry, knowing that my months of hard work was down the drain.
They took like 4 weeks to germinate in the jars, filling them with mycelium. I am not sure why it took so long, but the next wave of jars is at 3 weeks as of today and are still only about 40% at the best ones and about 10-15 jars havent even started yet. I digress.
Like, let me tell you, they were impossible to get out. Banged so hard against the bottom of the bowl I was using that the bowl exploded into three pieces.
This is the picture of what I have.

Nothing is sterilized, not even sanitized. Everything went to shit.
Further more, This is the jar I had removed about two weeks ago today. Last two days, spontaneously, the top end of the shrooms started to bruise. This jar was a lot easier to empty then the recent three, don't know why. Everything was going well until the bruising but they seem to be continuing to progress. I wasn't going to post about these, but since I am here I may as well. EDIT:::: I think the bruising is from the fact that I used my fingers to wiggle this one out of the jar when it was about 65% exposed. I assumed something would have happened but because it took so long to bruise, I am not 100% sure that this is the cause.

This cake is a single cake in a tiny bowl because it completed colonizing the jar far earlier than the rest. I mist three times a day and leave it uncovered. The foil is slightly rimmed to leave a tiny pool of water which tends to absorb or evaporate within 2-4 hours.
This website has been a Godsend and psilocybin has given my life new meaning. Regardless of the outcome of this new batch, I intend to succeed in my endeavors... but help...!!!

I'm a little confused by what's happening here.
If I get it correct, you mixed up some crumbled cakes with coir, verm and perlite? And now that mix is in a little tub?

Its in a rather large tub considering the quantity of cake/verm/perlite/coir, but yeah, you got it. Is it doomed or can I save it somehow?

Ok well you don't want any perlite in there. There's no reason for it. You just want to mix the crumbled cakes with either coir/verm or just coir alone.
You also don't want them in a SGFC. You want it in a shoebox.
Is your shit fucked? I don't know. Go get a shoebox tub at the store or use something similar on hand. Turn what you have into a shoebox and see what you get.
You may need to prep some more coir... I can't really tell from your pic.
Since you already mixed the perlite in, I guess just leave it because its there's no real way to get it out now

Also this is how you prep the coir to mix it with your crumbled cakes, in the shoebox:

Thank you! I will do this right away. But I'll have to substitute something for the shoebox. I'll figure it out.
Thanks again for the quick response!
