Hey bro, i've been doing alot of bulk casings lately, and i cannot seem to get my pinset to be even like in your creepers, i was wondering if you could post some pictures that would show me (and other people) at what time is the best to start to fruit? Also, when you patch, how deep do you make the patches? Thanks for all of the great pictures and inspiration! P.S. can you please explain "res" for me, another problem i have is my casings running out of water. Thanx!

res is when you mix in field capacity vermiculite into your substrate...this is only used when using grains since they don't hold much water on their own....I have found the key to perfect pinsets is to patch till the mycelium is even everywhere....and then mist once a day but a good mist...pump and pump.....don't be afraid to get it wet...long as theres no puddles...you want the mycelium to basically be shocked so it dosen't keep growing...you'll notice the next day it will start to fuzz again....give it another mist.....also lots of fannin and try to have your casing next to a window and open it up once a day..this misting also mats down the mycelium slightly which seems to produce the perfect place for mass amounts of pins...this misting also keeps the mycelium from growing too much more when you want it to fruit
