Bulk substrate done right

Hello, I'll just get to the point. I have access to a massive autoclave. I have some large polycarbonate tubs that I would like to inoculate as perfectly sterile bulk substrate. I'll be inoculating with cube colonized rye spawn. My substrate options include vermiculite, brown rice flour, coco coir, gypsum, coffee grounds, and more rye berries. I was thinking about definitely putting in the coir, coffee, and gypsum, but since I will be legitimately sterilizing the vessels in a legitimate autoclave, I was thinking about adding in even more rye berries and some brown rice flour. People preach not to do this, due to contamination, but I'm certain I can avoid contamination. In addition to standard precautions, I would also cap the whole thing with some dry vermiculite for good measure.
How does this sound?

What makes you so sure you can avoid contamination?
And a Pressure Cooker is a legitimate sterilizer too. If it wasn't it wouldn't be recommended by 100% of the top mushroom growers in this forum.

Before you start...Do you have a Pressure Cooker and a Dehydrator? I highly recommend getting both!

If you put coffee, brown rice flour, or more rye berries, in a bulk sub it will sure as shit contaminate unless you can sterilize it and spawn under completely sterile conditions.

Just reread your post. Go ahead and fill it with whatever you want in that case.
Are you going to fruit under sterile conditions too? Once they're fully colonized.

The system will be closed and filtered. I will fruit in the colonization chamber. Its as big as your typical fruiting bin. The only time there will be a possible risk of contamination is in my humidity generator, which has to be refilled, but I plan on filtering the incoming air with 0.2 micron filters and using a uv sterilizing bulb to sterilize the humid air supply in-line as well as boiling the water to kill things off.

I understand you want to experiment.
How will you spawn under sterile conditions. Your arms and gloves and body won't be sterile when mixing spawn.
I believe you can pull it off because I've heard of people putting whole grains in their subs before but seriously. Why all the trouble?
You can grow mushrooms without all the extra work as long as your spawn is clean.

Because I actually have an autoclave and a legitimate cleanroom access. I have tyvek suits, uv sterilizers, 100% ethanol for sterilization, and a biological safety cabinet. like i'm not shitting you, dude, I have a legit setup.

Yeah but that's still a lot of work to do something that doesn't require it. Lol don't get me wrong sterile is cool but just so unnecessary.
Even in professional gourmet growing the only thing they do sterile is the spawn and culture side so it just feels inherently over kill.

I agree. That would be cool to have all that stuff, but it isn't required, most likely isn't going to help anything do grow better, and is much more complicated. I also don't think that it would be easy to get the spawn into the tub with introducing something. I don't see the sense in making the procedure more complicated if you're not going to gain something that is going to make up for it. It seems that you just want to play with your toys, which is perfectly fine.

OP if you're setup is truly as you say it is (would love pictures btw) then I would recommend doing some serious data keeping.
Everything that goes in to tubs weighed by the gram.
Using isolates.
Comparing yields from tubs with only CVG to tubs with added nutirents.
If the environment is truly as controlled as you say it is then using a dedicated culture and comparing yields would be invaluable to the community in terms of shinning some lignt on how nutrient content affects yield.
If you're not gonna do any bookkeeping then there really is no point to such control. Side by side yield experiments are incredibly valuable here.
But if you're not keeping track of every detail and just trying to grow some drugs then what's the point?
Earn this opportunity. Use this chance to make controlled experiments using clones or isolated cultures to see how nutrient content affects yield.
And keep all your variables recorded.
