Ok I took pics in the Sab. Ape swab from 5/30. This is the 3rd transfer. Tried 3 different types of agar. This is the best growth I've gotten yet. Just transferred these 2 plates 5 days ago. The other 3 I transferred to have no growth.

Is it the ape? Or mold?

First is a qt of RGS from 4/25 that developed a yeast infection. I used the other 4 to spawn a tub. Ok yield, 4oz from 4qts. 2nd-4th are one that I thought may contam due to jostling the lid during g2g.
5th is from 6/4 with too high water content (~75%-80%)
6th is from 6/4 with near perfect water content (60%)
Yeast? Those bumps? I woulda thought that was knots... I've only seen yeast on uncool nixed grains so I don't really have a clue what it looks like once colonized. Can it even grow on mycelium?

APE clone, 3 days in.

My f1 APEx clone (note the "x", this is not APE), very likely albino.

Some Pan shit I really don't know what to do with.
They were done yesterday, 5 days colonization from LC.

I just labelled it that way for lack of imagination, just added an "x" at the end and that was it. That's what I would write down on the plates, "APEX".
It's a luecistic clone that came from an APE swab, but it ain't APE, although it has some PE traits and certainly doesn't look like a regular cube.
These pics are the daddy of the plate I posted above. The clone I posted above is one generation from the original clone.

And this is the original clone on agar.

Spores from this clone produced some interesting shit. Most were leucistic, some albino (could be sporeless, who knows) and all resembled their dad pretty closely. I even had a puck that produced obvious actual APE fruits, but a bit stranger.

Some super overgrown APE clone spawn. It was ready days ago, just couldn't spawn them earlier. It has grown some really hard blobs on the surface, I fucking love that.

Yeah the white dots showed up before the grain was colonized by myc in one area, spread throughout the jar after a shake, and mostly disappeared once engulfed by myc. Reappeared after a little bit and the jar also started pinning. I kept it to serve as a reference.
