Brand NEW straw log + martha question / pic

Greetings ladies and gentlemen. May thanks in advance for reading this topic/post. There is a FOAF who has a cat that is friends with a lemur who has a straw log questions. I am forwarding the thoughts on those questions below.
Before this begins the lemur sent a pic of his three straw logs in his Martha at . When the lemur got things started he followed the spore syringe to LC TEK at https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/15034407 *AND* made the grain jar lids as described by Big Pappa on that same TEK PAGE. When the WBS spawn grain jars were done the lemur used the WBS TEK at https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/24661554 . Finally, to do the straw logs the lemur diligently followed the instructions provided in the Let’s Grow mushrooms video for straw pasteurization at . By following these TEKs *EXACTLY* the lemur had 0 contams and seemingly *RAGING* vegetative success (thus far).
As an aside the lemur kept the straw pasteurization temp stable but bouncing between 160F and 170F in a 40qt pot on the stove and DID NOT use the double tub method referenced in the video. Now, the lemur told me that he wonders …. when shall he introduce fruiting in his Martha??? Clearly you can see in the picture he’s using a four shelf Martha with a cool mist humidifier on an ink bird humidity controller (humidifier out of view in the pic but one can see the controller’s humidity probe) AND a 110VAC computer fan that fires four times per day for 15 minutes (lower right of the pic). The lemur allows the humidity to float between 87% and 92%. The top log is 9 days old and as one looks at the straw logs on the shelves below they are each two days younger than the straw log immediately above (aka 7 days old and then 5 days old). The lemur just sent a text saying all the logs’ dimensions are 30” long by 16” in diameter and each weigh about 22 lbs at the time they were tied off and put in the martha. The lemur thinks he can just wait until they are ALL fully colonized and then introduce fruiting conditions. Is this a good plan? Incidentally, the lemur says this particular variety of fruiting fungus is of the cereal straw/cereal grain/herbaceous manure loving primary digester family that is fully human edible. The lemur has fruited this variety in trays many times before at temps as low as 67f and as high as 83f. The martha’s temps bounce between 72f and 78f depending on the time of day. This particular variety makes nice, tall, meaty, and tasty stems and caps. Another question the lemur had involved the hydrated lime he used during the heat pasteurization. The top log was heat pasteurized using Bonnie hydrated lime that happened to have up to 20% magnesium. The lemur wonders if this magnesium will negatively impact fruit production. The lemur says the lower two logs were exposed exclusively to pickling lime. He thinks the lower two will for sure have no problems producing nice tasty fruits. Any responses that I can pass along to the lemur are GREATLY appreciated.

UPDATE from the Lemur,
The lemur just told his cat friend who told FOAF that the spawn rate for each log was 7 quarts WBS spawn per log.

Today I've got good news and I've got bad news. First for the ban news ... I lost half of one of my logs to the GreenNinja. It was still in the plastic so just chopped the log in half and sent the end with the green ninja to compost. he resultant half is the smaller of the straw logs below. It weighed 6 lbs after surgery. The other two logs weighed in at 13.5 lbs each. As you can see I've introduce plenty of CFL light in the 5000k to 6000k color range and I've doubled the fans on the last shelf to up the FAE. In the pics below you see each log , the full Martha, my Ink Bird humidity controller with parameters, my 12/12 light cycle timer on the same power strip as the ink bird and my FAE timer that fully exchanges the atmosphere four times daily. The temp inside the Martha is 74f. I have a couple of questions for ya .
1) Since I cut off WAY more log than was impacted by the trich should I worry about it spreading? 2) Are my Ink bird humidity parameters OK 3) Is a full atmosphere exchange four times daily enough?
Here are some pics ->

Well … I’ve got bad news to report. That GreenNinja infection I thought I might be able to get rid of on that one log seems to have been systemic and just not shown itself yet. As you can see from the pics below it finally showed up at full force this morning and I had to toss the half log that remained from that log where I did surgery. The moral of the story here is if you*think* your GreenNinja infection might be systemic …. *IT IS* so don’t waste any more time ….. Get that infected mess out of your grow area. I was very observant of this log so I got it out of my environment BEFORE it began sporulation en masse. I still have two 14lb straw logs reaming. I’m hopeful they escaped the Ninja’s attention. Check out the infection pics below. Peace.

I lost my last two fully colonized logs to the GreenNinja SON OF A B!TCH ..... SON OF A B!TCH ..... SON OF A B!TCH ..... SON OF A B!TCH ..... SON OF A B!TCH ..... SON OF A B!TCH ..... SON OF A B!TCH .....
One thing of note, when I took the partially Ninja'd logs to the compost they were very uniform in temperature EXCEPT around the trich infection. In those areas the logs were noticeably warmer. I wonder if this is A) a predatory trait of the trich or B) a defensive trait of the Whit-N-Fluffy? Hrmmm ... Either way my previous log photos are now out of the Martha and in the compost.
