You can restrict when a user is allowed to log on to the system using the "net user" command. Here are some examples:

net user ythan /time:M-F,9am-5pm
net user ythan /time:M-F,09:00-17:00
net user ythan /time:M,9am-5pm;T,3pm-7pm;W-F,4:20-16:20

To allow a user to log on any time, use this command:

net user ythan /time:all

Unfortunately, as far as I know there's no way to force the user to log off once their allotted time is up. As a sloppy workaround, you could schedule this command to run when you want the user gone:

This will force the current user to log off, but it'll happen to any user whether their account has time restrictions or not. You could probably write a pretty simple script for Windows Scripting Host (it's good for more than just viruses!) to detect who is logged on and only boot them if they're on a restricted list, but this exercise is left up to the reader.

Hope this helps,
