What a world we live in! * 1
    #25285759 - 06/22/18 06:13 PM (5 years, 9 months ago)

25 gram baggie of Neotame, the Carfentanil of sweeteners.
That lil baggie is equivalent to 200 kilos of sugar (a 55gal drum full or 50,000 sugarcubes)

5 bucks.
Free shipping.

These are the days of miracle and wonder.

Fucking 25 gram baggies of unidentified organic chemical powders are passing Customs untouched. It could have been anything. (it still can )

(its not a RC but an approved ultrapotent artificial sweetener 8,000-13,000 as sweet as suger)

I really wouldn't rail something where 400 micrograms is equivalent to a sugar cube.

Cant wait to taste test it in my fruit/dairy shakes

In what way is this healthier?  What is it used in that I might recognize?

What are you doing with it though?  That’s like a swimming pool of Kool-Aid.

Edit: fruit shakes, I see.  That’s a pretty interesting way to make a smoothie.

Not to be a stickler but I would think the sugars that naturally occur in fruit would be plenty sufficient...

It was a $5 sample (free shipping), the stuff in China costs like $40-60/kg, they don't do that "they are many dose units so you pay much money" scam that they pull in the west. 10 tons of sugar equivalent for 40 bucks, want a fortune cookie with that?

Obviously I only need very little of that amount of product.

Every day of your life you in theory could use 2mg/kg and be good, or about 150mg/day.

150mg on average is 1.2kg (43oz) of sugar. Obviously no one in their right mind consumes anything close to that, and this daily. It could fully sweeten 12 liters of softdrink.

I make low calorie fruit/dairy/fiber shakes and they just need a dash of sweetening to make them compelling. exactly this type of drink (low acidity dairy) enhances the sweetening power so it'll be around 10,000x as sweet as sugar.

Do the math :cookiemonster:
I add about 50gr sugar equivalent per 2 liters of shake so thats 5mg.

5mg replaces 200 kcal of sugar, so a gram of the stuff replaces 40,000 kcal.

A bargain

Smokers use a nicotine patch and it works...  I guess it's an attempt?

You'll miss what you enjoy the most though, the glucose rush.

Another analogy would be an alcoholic drink 0.5% beer.  It tastes roughly the same, but it is not what you are after...

Just PM me already so that we can have a private conversation about this shit.

You're eating random Chinese chemical powder.  The last time I had to do that was when I saw a few cockroaches that needed to die...

Nope, because I make specially designed shakes with a minimum of ingredients, thickened with psyllium and spiked with a lil sweetener.

The purpose is high hydration and satiation with a minimum of calories that, too, are maximally nutritious.

Asante said:
I've been tinkering with shakes lately, and I made some innovation that resulted in rapid weightloss, not because of receptor magic but because you simply are satiated to the poind of not having the feeding impulse, making you delay or skip feeding moments and with it, you lose weight.

It has relatively high protein, relatively low sugars, a beneficial starch-to-sugar ratio, it has what it sake to give you the sense you drank something nutritious.

One of its purposes was to increase my hydration levels by drinking lots.

It has something else: Psyllium husk, a soluble fiber you can get at healthfood stores for cheap. I added it mostly to thicken the low calorie beverage with its soluble fiber, so it gets rich and creamy with overhydrated soluble fiber.

What it did though - overhydrated psyllium husk is the most effective form to take psyllium husk in, as a weightloss supplement. It adds a sense of fullness to the stomach and bowel, pulls bad cholesterol out of your body, delays the absorption of nutrients you take it along with, softens, bulks and lubricates your poop, making it easier to pass.

Quote:

THE RECIPE (I container of 2 liters/quarts)

1 banana
1/2 lb fresh flavorful fruit (strawberries are great!)
3 heaping teaspoons of psyllium husk
------------------------------------
  then either (order of preference)
1/2 pint Kefir + 1 oz Whey Protein (excellent)
1/2 pint Kefir + 1/2 pint fat free Quark  (very best)
or: 1 pint fat free quark (good)
or: 1 oz Whey Protein (lactose intolerant, OK)
or: 1 quart fat free yoghurt (fair)
or  1 quart low fat milk (passable)
-------------------------------------
50mg Sucralose (optional)
+ water to make 2 quarts/liters

Give it a shake before use, drink 1 container throughout the day, less or more depending on how your body accepts it (and whether you're built like Webster or Hulk Hogan :supkid: because some have bodies that need to drink a quart and others, a gallon of fluids a day.

You notice its heavy on dairy, especially dairy protein, so you're done as to dairy for the day.

You're done as to many things, a lot of the time you don't feel like eating. It makes a great addition to meals because it slows their absorption thus prolongs their satiating effect.

Drink this on physically not too woild days cause poop will come relatively more often, as will gas, and it will come easier, because of the stool lubricating effects of soluble fiber.

You may have to "get used to" drinking this, building up your intake.

It contains ridiculously little Sucralose because this type of beverage (low acidity dairy) is exactly the kind that Sucralose tastes the most sweet in. You may swap it out for lets say 15gr of Xylitol but that may adversely effect your Kefir probiotics.

Avoid Kiwi, Pineapple and Papaya because they contain enzymes which break up your proteins into protein hydrolysates, even better for bioavailability but it will make the beverage taste distinctly bitter.

I used a 2 quart/liter format because milk comes in plastic disposable 2 liter pails here in Holland, a free and convenient source of container. In the US you have those 1 gal milk jugs, by all means double the recipe and use those, then pour into small water bottles for on the go.

Have a go!

https://www.shroomery.org/forums/showflat.php/Number/25278117#25278117

The current recipe uses 50mg sucralose, but it should be replacable by 5mg neotame, or even better a mix of lets say 25+2.5mg to further still redue toxicity.

Its absolutely delicious, there is no sense of missing out.

Its like a fruity drinking yoghurt so low in calories you can drink it like water, which causes you to postpone and skip food intake - thus making you lose weight.

I give you a maximum of 3 days before the sugar crash hits you like a punch in the face.  The taste is not what makes your brain the most happy.  It's the dopamine rush of high glucose intake.  The addiction creates itself because of the glucose crash. That crash makes you crave more glucose.  Pasta aren't sweet but they are insanely high sources of glucose.  It's not about the taste.  It's about the effect.

Once you successfully stop sugar, you will stop craving sweets.  As unbelievable to you as that may sound now,  I can definitely certify that it does stop cravings.  Eating sugar is not natural, your body readjusts to what it is used to genetically.  A next to no glucose diet.

My next question would be how your body responds to that as compared to sugar.  Is it like tricking your tongue, where your tongue is like  :rush:  but your body respond like it’s only recieved a single granule of sugar?

Most of all though, are you sure it’s healthy?

I been doing this for 3 weeks and in those three weeks I lost a record 7kg = 15lbs with no sugar crash in sight.

There's banana in there, there IS glucose and starch, but just enough, not causing a spike.

I want to create a situation where shakes that are high in nutrients but low in caloroies and carbs will kick my bread box out of the kitchen.

That's an amazing goal to have and tremendous results. Congratulations!

Now about the fact that your consuming unknown chemicals from China that make you lose weight... STOP. EATING. UNKNOWN. CHEMICALS.  You don't even know what it will do to you!!!  China does not give a fuck.  They sell products that are known carcinogens.  Thousands of Chinese products cross the borders of every country on earth with chemicals that are illegal in this host country but isn't told it's poison because the Chinese did put an edited sticker on the can to pass our laws...

You have to fall back to earth and admit that you have a serious problem.  You can't go down this road man... Just come to terms that you are avoiding the solution in every which way you can think of...  Just give up already... Try the only way that has ever worked.  Proper nutrition.
