cant decide where to put this

i was wondering whats the best way to deside how much spores i put in a syringe, in the past the ones i made were at lest 1/16 of a print use for 4 syringes and every time they made the water look a very very very light purpleish color i can never seem to get them look like store bought spores syringes. i wan to use my prints to make as meny syringes as possible but my only concern is with the home made ones i always seem to get faster resluts with ones when i used one print per 20cc of water becouse when i make the cakes it seems to add too much water to them when useing more than 4cc but it still takes more than a week with pf jars is that normal ? so my main qustion is that with a print say 4"-6" round how meny syringes should that make i just found 100 syringes for 15.99 20cc with 18 gage 1.5" needles is that good for spore makeing syringes

afoaf said that in past expereinces when he was trying to conserve prints he could mkae 4 fairly dark syringes per print on avg. But now says that he has more access to prints so he just uses a print per syringe to speed things up a little and to guarantee he does not contam the rest fo the print. As far as quicker colonization times, it was his understanding that using more spores speeds up the process and in his expereinces have proven to do just that. hope that answers ur question
