Yeah Oysters > bacteria, I've had plates where they grew right over it no problem. If there's bacteria in oyster spawn you just get lower yields since they have to spend energy on fighting instead of on fruits. Casing those jars will definitely give you fruits since they're fully colonized and not stalled.
The bacteria is probably not dangerous and easy to avoid (don't ingest), molds are much scarier. Either way the mushrooms produced will be fine, if you're really concerned smell them for bacteria and dry or cook them before eating if they do smell (very unlikely).

Yeah the yield was small with oysters.
The grains had a beautiful fresh mushroomy smell i will dry the fruits before eating and tea is my preffered way

Made up my first ever used pasty plates yesterday. Three are CRS clones, and the other three are Cambo spore print plates. Hope it works out...

Also my Maz Star is pinning from the top layer. My three Maz shoeboxes are all fruiting from the sides because I didn’t add a top layer at spawn. Think I’ll start using top layers at spawn from now on.

So I think I might have some A-PE6. I'm breaking up these jars and the last one I notice these white-headed pins. I'm gonna leave it grow now.

And this piece is the only other pins I could find on the cakes already taken out, they seem to have a normal looking cap.

One of my past loves. Those are some fatties!
Was going to spawn a couple tubs/shoeboxes,but realized I had forgotten to prep my coir.
Made a few of my microdose chocolates while I wait.

2.5g cube powder(minus what was lost on the bowl/spoon)split between 8 chocolates should come out close to .25g per chocolate.

Looks like im up for some camping!
Germs! Those fattys are incredible! I ne'er even seen such a thang.
Also made chocolates, but these here gots 1/3 cup coconut oil, some chocolate, little sunflower lecithin and 3.5 grams of buds that was baked for 40 mins then infused and squeezed through a fine mesh cloth...
Two different sizes. The small ones are almost gone.

Sooo Awesome.......Dude makes my cakes look weak, really weak..which they are-but I made mushroom's.Have yet to try but my room temp only 22C like 80-81'ish I think. So they should be potent at least. Thai ones and not sure the other Treaure coast I think-had so many bad syringes lost track.I don't really care-they all have what I need in them.
