My friend wanted me to get this ID’d for him

My friend got these for his birthday. He says he thinks they are Amanita Muscaria but he wants to make sure. Any help would be appreciated

Looks like them, but I feel a bit irresponsible identifying an Amanita species by dry caps alone.

Make sure your friend does his research on this species if he plans on consuming them.

Also, Amanita species do not contain psilocybin and are not illegal, so your friend doesn't need to be so mysterious.
