Nice grow inocybe. When you grow in buckets, do you use a liner or do you fill the bucket with holes with substrate and then put it in a another bucket without holes?

I put the bucket with holes inside another bucket without holes for filling with straw and spawn. When the bucket is full, I put the lid on tight and remove the full bucket from the bucket without holes, and then I put another bucket with holes inside to continue filling. After all buckets are done, I stack them with a little spacer between buckets (to avoid overheating) and then place garbage bags over them to avoid evaporation from the holes, because they are 1 inch. But I'm thinking about covering the holes with duct tape and make a slit on them for GE. With the garbage bag method some gnats get inside and I don't like seeing them fucking around.

thanks for this.
I've tried leaving the bucket with the holes inside of the bucket without holes, but that didn't work properly.
I don't want to tape over every hole from the bucket because that would be too time consuming.
the trashbags is a good idea though.

King oyster blocks from last October...had been frozen and dried.  I watered them last month and then it rained and got warm.  Gonna harvest tonight.

Colorado, Mine looked like that outside. Gave them to my brother, he said they were meaty and best he's ever had.

Did you spawn 5/14 or fruit 5/14?

Very nice!

Can you tell me if the LM I posted a bit ago looks like it’s doing well for air and moisture IYE

I spawned on 5/14. She was a beauty, your LM don't look bad looks like it's just starting out. Prolly needs more air they like to breathe. I quit using a gh and just use a big monotub now and have had better results

These Coral mushrooms were found not grown, but they are tasty, so I figured I would share a pic or two.
