I think one of the bigger issues with oats is not letting them dry enough before jarring up and PCing.

Agreed...

I've resorted to a 35 minute soak in hot, boiled water and 24 hours sitting in the colander before bagging them up and pc'ing.

They may look a little dry at first, but by full colonization the excess moisture is minimal. Haven't had an issue with the spawn block sitting in millimeters of excess water since doing this.

Yup I follow Bods tek, but while he uses 6 colanders to dry I use one gigantic one and let em dry overnight or longer. Super convenient. Prep grain in the evening, bag it up in the morning and PC, repeat. 50lbs of oats done in like 4-5 days.

Well, damn.
That feels pretty good.
Getting things all cleaned up.

Learning how to put the tape on just right took a second.
Next is the Josex poke with some nasty(as fuck) grain water for LC and see how that goes.
I guess? I have been learning how to screw up agar for a couple months now.
May have actually gotten past that.
edit-
Can anyone give me a link to some pc friendly bags?

When cloning a clone goes wrong. Did it because this one didn't blob but I actually liked the original clone better, now it's lost.
Goes to show the genetic potential that a clone can have sometimes:

So that'd be evidence of the potential of transfers cloning away from the desired characteristics, right? I'd always read people theorizing that the multiple genetics/strains present in a clone could work better together or that not all of them would perform like the original tub, meaning transfering away or isolating could prove negative.

Idk this clone always produced some ugly blobs before the actual fruits popped up, but then I had this puck that didn't produce blobs so I took a pin from there and tossed the original clone. I loved the original one, little fat fuckers full of poison.
