Anyone happen to have one of these or used one before?  What did you think about it?  I was thinking about getting one but figured i'd get some input on how other people like or dislike it first  :thumbup: :thumbdown:

I remember seeing a vid of the Crystal Method using one to write Tweekend, it looked pretty bad ass. I assume it's just a fully-editable x-y-controller, right?

I haven't seen that video so im not sure ;(

but yeah, its an effects controller, where you move your finger around on the x-y screen to change how intense/pan/etc the effect is. It has 100ish built in effects, some synths, vocoder and whatnot. There's room for 2 samples that are up to 12 seconds long which is kinda neat too.

Just download that video of radiohead live, and yeah he's using the kaos pad in it.  Must not be too bad if RH and Crystal Method both use it... hmmm :laugh:
