Do not mist pins. They will abort very rapidly.
As far as printing, I don't see why these won't print.

Yep, never mist with copes after the first pins break from the universal veil. They don’t like sitting water on them without proper evaporation.

Never played with manure, and was just reading up on cope/pans.. Does manure stink after sterilization? And i have read that there is just nothing else that you can really use for a sub for these.. true or? Just wondering if there is something other than manure that works decently.

Field aged Horse manure doesn't stink before processing. It smells, and feels like dirt is all. After being pasteurized, and, or sterilized it has somewhat of a scent, but it's a clean smelling type of oder. Doesn't smell anything like fresh turds.
More times than not, coir will overlay pretty badly, or perform not very good. There have been instances where coir performed well, but I've seen it do the former more times than not, so if you have plenty of spawn I would say to play around with coir.
Manure-based substrates are going to be the best bet with the Coplandia species. Wheat straw alone works great as Coplandia bulk substrate, as well. Copes benefit greatly from a casing layer too.
