Make tea out of that one with the knob on top (to get your medicinal benefits out of it), dry it and you've got a custom gear shifter .
But seriously those shapes are amazing, Reishi is one of the ones I'm still hoping to see in the wild

I agree. are u hoping random fungi u find will be active? Ull kill itself like that. Learn how to grow. Spend $50 on stuff for a project. Do a monotub or 2 and ull have a bunch of shrooms u KNOW are active and WONT kill u... i doubt there's much actives to find where u are unless ur one of these lucky people in Florida or somewhere

A pretty cool cluster from my latest Great White Monster shoebox...

This is my first time using a bulk substrate of coir/straw/limestone. I'm liking it's moisture exchange rate a bit better than CVG, but I'll have to test it out more to be sure.

Fiji and purple mystic coming to a marketplace near you!
Such a contrast between them the fiji are so smooth. No hollow stems.

Purple mystic were much more "classic cube" from what I have grown.

cool stuff these varieties are. No wonder people get obsessed pushing natural variation and mutation to its limits (cows, chickens, dogs, cats) and discovering how environment shapes phenotype and genetics (location based varieties)

Why do they call them purple mystic? Are the prints purple or is it just another name?
Nice btw

It bescause they "found purple rings on the caps" and yes, they were just spores. Pretty much a typical cube trait that someone wanted to capitalize on
