ID request in Melbourne, Aus

Hi there everyone!
It's my first season hunting and today I went with a mate to check out a local park looking for psilocybe subaeruginosa. We found lots of pretty cool looking mushrooms but nothing I thought might be subs - until the very end of our trip when I noticed some caramelly caps in the tanbark!
I've tried to do as much research as I can and everything points to these being subs, except the fact that the stems didn't really bruise blue straight away where I cut them - they seemed to be a tan colour where cut, but have bluish grey flecks in the stem closer to the cap.
After I cut off the stems and left them for a while as I let the caps make spore prints, they started to go a kind of bluish grey colour (but more grey-black than blue - pic to follow).
The two smaller ones had partial white veils which I...think means that they're still quite immature? However these two things together made me a bit nervous and I wanted to get them ID'd here even though my hunting friend said they were subs.
The spore prints were a purple grey, but in direct light they look much greyer (again, pic attached).
The cap of the biggest one had some slight greying/greening/maybe bluing??? around the edges right after I picked it. The gills on the biggest one are a nice greyish milky brown, and I removed some of the white veils on the smaller ones to confirm that their gills are a similar colour.
Anyway, photos! I didn't manage to get any while they were in the ground because my camera died, sorry

Thank you in advance for the help guys and sorry for my lack of expertise!!! I'm hoping to learn more soon!

Good call. But I don't see any bluing at all which makes me concernedthey are one of the look alike species.
Unless I'm missing the blue bruising.

It is very important to be sure each specimen bruises bluish, Galerina looks like p. Subaeruginosa but doesn't bruise blue and has rusty brown spore print. Galerina will bruise Black after a while, so spore prints are important.
Avoid picking pins, let their veils open.

Thank you so much - I think I'm gonna toss these to be safe and check back on the patch in a few days after it rains some more. I realise now I shouldn't have picked them so young but I think I just got overexcited after seeing nothing but inactives the whole day haha - I will be more thoughtful on my next hunt
Also thanks everyone else for your help! Looking forward to posting more here in future!!!
