Third picture appears to be morels which are highly sought afterby hunters.

I'm not a trusted identifierso don'tgo munching on them quite yet.

Dryads saddle, you can eat them if they are tender. Scrape the pores and peel the top.

Idk you like chewing wood? Lol i think you could probably cook tf out of em or maybe use em for soup stock? They have a cucumber smell/flavor. I dont like em but i know some people who do

I have eaten Dryad Saddles a number of times. The tougher they are the more thinly you have to slice them to make it work.

I generally followed the advice on this page regarding these shrooms but I do not usually remove the spore surface before eating.

I found a large but fresh Dryad's Saddle this year. It smelled just like cucumber! It was tender and delicious!! My wife and I ate a little at a time in our morning eggs.

If it's too old it will be hard to cut with a knife, and very hard to chew, and close to impossible to tear with your fingers.

Ya man! At first the smell was mostly cucumber with some mushroom but it shifted to much more mushroom while cooking. I felt good energy after eating it.

I plan to pick it more often when I find such fresh, tender, and bug/dirt free specimen in the future. I also want to dry some for stocks.
