ID Request, Argentinian mushrooms

Hi guys, I'm looking for help with identifying some mushrooms I found and I think it'd be good practice for future ID requests. Thanks in advance!!
I found several batches of these little mushrooms growing next to trees in the city. Here are some pictures and information on them. I am currently waiting for a sporeprint to finish (I'll give it a couple hours)
PICTURES: https://imgur.com/a/6y6OKEk
Location: South of Buenos Aires province, in a big coastal city. There are many stray dogs in this city. Found growing in tight groups next to city trees, particulary those that had shed a lot of bark. Season: Mid-fall, it's been drizzling for a couple days. Temperatures have been somewhat cold, from 5 to 15 Celsius.
Dimensions: Height from 30 mm (younger ones) to 70 mm Cap diameter: from 20 mm to 40 mm, maybe some were a bit bigger after reaching full maturity. Color and characteristics: White/greyish stem. No noticeable bruising, the stem just seems to become slightly more yellowish/brownish after damaging it. Does not seem to have a ring/skirt. Gills are pitch black and seem to be free hangin from the stem (not sure about this)

Thanks! For the record, the sporeprint was darkish brown, almost black.

Welcome to the shroomery
They are a species of coprinellus, which section they're in, I couldn't say without microscopy.
