First time growing, please give some insight.

Hello,
so i decided to grow some shroomies and this is my growing kit.It has been 6 days since i got it and started growing.Everything went fine(at least i think so, as a newbie) ,but today i woke up and saw a little blue/greenish spot. I really freaked out,put some salt on it.Well anyways ,i think i bruised it a little. I went to work and i came back, it has gotten a little bigger. As i looked in the internet, my conclusion is that its too dry and that caused the blue color,but im still not too sure because im a noob.
So my concerns would be:
1) it is dehydrated since im growing first time and dont have much clue about it.
2) it is contaminated
3) it may also be from being in contact with water

Please tell me its bruising and give me some tips , i would REALLY appriciate it.

PS. In the picture they look a little more blue(or im just too concerned and anxious,because i want my first grow to be ok.) And also ''it'' has sread.

it's bruising because it's dry and needs to be glistening with moisture, but no pooling water.

Whenever it's not glistening. No set schedule. Gotta use your eyes and gauge accordingly. Read the 2 links I posted.
