Bottom of grain jar not colonized, no contamination sign, possible gas exhange problem?

Hello; It is my Golden Teacher grain jar which is inoculated on 24 April. Myceliums seems that can't go to the bottom. There is no any contamination sign.
I make 3 pcs 1/8 inch holes. And cover them with 1 layer micropore tape, 1 layer tyvek and again 1 layer micropore tape.
Do you think that bottom of jar can't get enough O2 and because of it myceliums not go there?

Did you properly soak your grains?
I don't think its a gas exchange issue. I think its a little dry. Just scrap all the colonized grains off the colonized ones.

Also its only been 10 days, give it some time. You can probably shake it to get that bottom part colonized.

Yes I did. I soak them for 14-15 hours and boiled them for ten minutes. In fact after PC, grains were look like too wet, but after couple of day, absorb all the moisture.

Nothing at the wrong. Shake shake shake.
If it doesn't recover/finish in a few days then it's toast. But I should be fine.
Why wait how come he?
