Yea, and what I didn't like about popcorn was that I found it to be a waste of space. Also, I can get almost every grain choice desirable in my environment, so have settled on oats for spawning to bulk due to its ease of access, and low cost.
For masters WBS is easier/closer to access over milo, but milo's uniformity, and lower cost make it worth the hour and a half round trip to pick some up. For me Milo goes a lot further than oats, because I only use it for masters. Oats on the other hand, I can go through 150 pounds in a month.
No problem JHOVA.

My two cased shoeboxes as of this morning. It’s been almost a month since spawning from cakes and finally some action! My best pinset yet, even though they are mostly on the sides...

I had to tweak my oat prep and I am still not sure it is dialed in. I found it best to bring water to 185f, dump oats in and soak 25 min. They do better than they did before, but I still don't like them. Its better when I use wheat as a master and inoculate oats. For some reason my wheat doesn't go bacterial, but oats still can. I think I need a new source of oats to try. I would like to get oats down to use in bags and use the wheat in jars for masters. If you got a good clean master, then it can outpace what ever is up whit the oats.
My last 2 tubs made from oats are being picked, and both popped trich. I found it helps to almost go a little under field capacity on the sub. Trich IMO/IME thrives better in over wet subs than cubes do.

almost all 12 plates have shown some sort of growth, six of them have colonized at least a third of the plate
the jar was inoculated with 3 drops of ms syringe
both pics are 9 days from inoculation

I would assume this thing is going to drink up a lot of water. Don't let it go thirsty or it could start aborting pins.

Yeah also the spawn was bacterial so I don't have very high hopes.

Well, I am starting to figure out comas again. Also not everything has died.
Looks like I need to hit my head more.

My AA+ is close to done

Me KSSS is looking titties

I was in my old old truck today. My last relationship was awesome. She was a sweet heart that never did drugs. She would rarely ask to smoke. She gave me the glass deal and carved that. She must had known my future.

I'm excited to get back to making a bunch of dicks and balls.....puff balls.....
