In my town, mattress stores are going out of business. While microbreweries are doing great!
Mattress stores mark up cause they have a product that peopld rarely buy. Microbrewies have a product that is cheap to make thus they can mark it up.
but is it really by 400-700% up from the manufacture cost for a glass of beer?

I seen some Conspiracy Theory on YouTube I watched. about mattress stores are laundering money or something the guy was showing how many mattress stores are next to each other or in the same town and how big they are and how they're always completely empty with no one in there shopping.

you can still buy their. but if u think about it their always empty nobody in their buying mattresses. I mean how many mattresses do u buy in a lifetime 3 or 4 maybe 5? those places would have to sell a bunch of mattresses to pay rent electric and the employee. weird

Breweries that solely distribute or distribute a majority of their offerings are working with margins that are surely less than 400-700%.
Brewpubs and in-house sellers make at least 400%. Of course it depends on the beer; hoppier beers are generally more expensive as are stronger, complex malt profile beers like you see in Belgian Dark Strongs. Brewpubs also need to balance out the cost of food (slim margins) with the beer profits so it seems less in the overall scheme of things. The cheaper-to-make beer more than makes up for the cost of the pricier items. Barrel aged beer commands an even higher premium. Some breweries have such outrageous prices that I have no doubt their margins are 1000%+.

A lot of breweries sell directly at their facility, 7$ a pint,cost like 75 cents to a dollar to make
Mattress stores,heard they can sell like 4 a month and make their monthly but,in Tucson they r in every strip mall almost

You know a lot of them sell furniture right? Most of their profits come from protection plans that in almost no way benefit the consumer. When I worked a furniture section of a store in college, I was told 98% of the profits were protection plans and 98% of them were never used. Also, these protection plan companies have departments just like insurance companies; people who get paid more and more when you get less and less.
