Kanye isn't just an idiot, he also has the crazy eye. The guy is straight-up loony-tunes. He's like an insanity/stupidity weather vane. I feel bad for anyone who looks to Kanye for their political cues

It's not about taking political direction or Kanye being part of a "movement."
It's about the lunatic reaction the left made when Kanye suddenly declared he liked some conservative ideas. It's about a well known man who declared he will respect everybody, regardless of their beliefs. It's about being a moderate. Conversely, you will see radical behavior from people like Eminem who will draw lines in the sand and cast out certain fans.
I just rhymed.

They have other differences too. For example, Eminem is quite talented. In any event, one man's moderate is another man's tepid, spineless, pussy. Conversely, one man's radical is another man's righteous crusader.

I hate them both as artists.
You do make a good point. Though, I think there may be consensus on the issue. I could be wrong. After all, Kanye specifically addressed not liking all view points of a person, but still liking the person themselves.
I gotta say it, I am happy for Kanye. I feel like he just broke out of a tiny little identity box and proclaimed his love for America. Fuck yea.

Eminem also seems to be more or less sane.

I'd be happier if he would just shut his trap for 5 minutes and keep himself and his wife off of my tv and computer screens for a change

It doesn't surprise me at all. They both like to steal the spotlight. They both enjoy rambling nonsensical sentence fragments. They both have few redeeming qualities other than a penchant for shameless self-promotion. They both have hands that are proportional to a 5'8" frame. They're basically the same person.
You know, i thought that the hand comment I slipped into this post was one of my better gags lately but you all forgot to make with the +1's. I'll overlook it this time, but in the future I'll expect you fucks to pony up when I unleash this solid gold to the masses.

Fortunately, these ones do.
The American people showed this when they elected Trump.
And the US has never had a US president worthy of disrespect. Right?
I think that it's less about how much you like a particular president and more about the fact that really bad things happen when your military starts spinning off into factions, in defiance of the chain of command that exists pretty much to make sure that the whole military is basically a cohesive organization.
That being said, I don't think that there are many servicemen who receive their orders directly from the president.
The executive branch controls basically all of the armed forces. Just because Trump doesnt personally text soldiers their orders doesnt mean he and his cabinet arent making those decisions.

I don't care what Kanye thinks, I've never liked him and always thought he was an idiot. But I do think it's kind of exciting that one of the biggest music icons around right now is going against the grain in the entertainment industry and making people talk and show how one sided it really is. Everytime someones shows support for Trump they either have their show cancelled or they backtrack and apologize for it following the pressure the media puts on them afterwards. Chance the Rapper tweeted something as simple as "black people don't have to vote Democrat" and people got pissed at that and he apologized just a day later. So I think Kanye at least planted some seeds, lefties are getting pissed and nervous because they're starting to feel like they might not own minorities anymore. I'm just waiting on that apology from him soon, but hopefully he doesn't because him and Trump were friends before he even ran for office.

I was only thinking of Last Man Standing. I don't know if there's any proof that that was did it, or if other factors were also involved. I've never watched it, but it was doing great with ratings (I think no.1 on ABC) and it happened so soon after Tim Allen started talking about voting for Trump and going to the inauguration. And Roseanne Barr was getting a lot of heat for her support of Trump also. I don't think people really liked her "I'm still on the left, you guys just moved so far left you lost everyone else" comment either.

Kanye tweeted yesterday that Emma Gonzales (skinhead lesbian Parkland kid) was his hero.
So....
Libs like him again now right? And conservatives will pretend they never actually cared what he thought?

This whole thing stinks.
Eminem dissing trump and any white fan of his that supported him. Kanye fucking biggin him up.
They're probably just playing their little roles in the joke that politics has become. It's more like a fucking reality TV show than a matter for serious thought.
The yute dig it though right!

Kanye is a loser just like Trump. Anyone who calls themselves or any other human being a "winner" is a fucking loser. Period. Real "winners"--if there even is such a thing--don't need to layer on false braggadocio and draw attention to themselves. T-rump and Kanye are two moronic peas in a pod if ever saw them.
