I used to have a bike computer with an odometer etc and it was pretty fun in the same way to see the numbers rack up. My best day was something like 150k. Not too impressive to some I'm sure, but hitting a personal best at something is a good feeling.

I know and then theres the time which is why i run because ill get sick of walking to see those numbers and start thinking of the time i would save by getting my pace to an average of 6-7 mph rather then 3-4.

I am waiting to get new running shoes before i actually start jogging and running, i literally destroyed my Nikes last year in 4 months.

wizard i am talking about cruising n cycling with no destination.

also deep down im still trying ro love you even tho 60 percent of your posts disgust me the other 40 percent have insight that I admire and traits I look for in friends.

pushed myself harder tonigght than i have in some time. sprinted at the end oh my run for a good tenth of a mile. felt so good

My joints have always snap crackled and popped since I was an early teen, but I don't have any weakness in them.

I switched to trail running this year, much more enjoyable.

Ya know, it probably is. I still feel like it's more of a physical toll than cycling or swimming though. I always prefer xc to track or pavement.
