Not a lot of fruit but they seem pretty big 1

In my last grow, which got 3 good flushes before the sub went, I didn't get a lot of individual fruits but the ones that did grow seemed pretty large. The one in this pic isn't even the largest. It was just one of the first I picked. There were a couple that were probably close to twice the size and I got about a 6-8 in this size range each flush with another 15-20 smaller ones but there still seemed a lot of open substrate that did not pin.

The strain was Koh Samui, monotub, misting and fanning regularly, 12 hours of grow LED lighting, and I keep the RH at about 90-92% and the temps between 70-80*F. I've done maybe 6 successful grows and the last two I've had this issue with large fruits and lower count so I know it isn't strain related.

Could be fae.
If you're giving more fae could be you're getting less energy toward pin development and more energy to fruit growth.
High humidity is good for pin development.
I wonder if lower humidity due to more fae might be the cause.
Or maybe I'm wrong

I'd say genetics mainly, as well. Cubensis fruited in warmer temperatures grow larger, and faster than cubes fruited on lower side of acceptable fruiting temperature range.

No, the date/time on my camera was not set properly. The pic was taken in Dec. 2017.

I don't remember exactly but I believe the wet weight was 42g and the dry weight was 7g for just this one. Like I said, I had a few that were even larger than this. The biggest one was almost 60g wet and about 12g dry. Considering that I pulled 3 flushes out of this monotub with a total dry weight of about 5oz, I don't think it was bad. I paid for all my materials 3 grows ago so everything I'm getting now is on the plus side.

I live in a tropical region so even during the month of December, the temp doesn't usually drop below 60*F at night and 70*F during the day with outside humidity usually around 50-60%. It's great being able to grown year round and not have to be concerned with it being too cold or too hot.
