First attempt at grains. Small yellow spots in grain jars. Contamination or pieces of agar?

Hi guys,
So after a few somewhat successful PF jars, I decided to try bulk substrates. I made the mistake of using the PF jars, without filters, for the grain, which may have contributed to the contamination that I suspect may be present.
The first 6 jars were inoculated with agar wedges about 50 days ago, and the second batch of jars were inoculated about 41 days ago.
Here is a picture of one of the second lot of jars, they all look like this and they look okay:

However the first lot of jars look dubious to me. One of them seems.to have succumbed to bacterial contamination:

The others have some small yellow spots in them. It doesn't look bacterial to me, and I thought that trich or other mold would have grown more. These yellow spots have not changed in weeks. Also they don't look green enough to me, but if not mold then what could they be?

I thought they may be pieces of agar that were broken from the agar wedges when I shook the jars, but obviously I don't want to risk contaminating everything by using these jars.
What do you think?
Any help would be appreciated
Thanks!

Second photo definitely appears to be bacterial contam. We’re your grains too wet possibly? Did you sterilize for 90 minutes at 15psi? Do your jars have tyvek/polyfill for FAE? How many days into colonization are these pics? The third and fourth look like they have some relatively normal metabolites, but again a sign of your mycelium battling bacteria.
Without FAE, your grain spawn will stall and begin to rot.
would toss the second jar.

They're probably all bacterial, at least. Those jars needed GE filters. Open holes won't cut it for grains because you aren't relying on a dry verm layer, as you seem to realize at this point.
Proper GE filter

Toss em. Start over. Buy quart jars. Follow drain spawn tek. They’re all over the place. Don’t be cheap or you won’t get far. And remember FAE. Go get Tuvek from your post office and use I️t as a filter patch.

Sorry. Typing on phone. Follow grain spawn tek, and purchase or obtain tyvek/filter patches.

If you have bacterial jars you can also try top fruiting them. Might be able to get a couple shrooms and bacteria is rarely going to cause you lots of issues. It's the molds that germinate on bacteria riddled myc that you have to be wary of.
