First grow; beautiful colonization but confused on next steps

Hello!
This is my first post/first grow. I made brf cakes; three Tampanensis, two Galindoi, and two Azurescens. All seven cakes have colonized beautifully and are starting to contract away from the jars( it’s been about 4 weeks since inoculation). The Galindoi and Tamp are producing sclerotia with some of the larger stones about an inch in diameter. I made a shotgun chamber as I was planning on using the methods taught to me in the infamous grow shrooms video. I’m confused now, however, because I’ve just learned the difference in sclerotia producing species and otherwise. Should I still go ahead with the shotgun chamber or look more into casing? Thank you guys, everything I’ve learned so far has been from this site and roadkill

I’m not allowed to view that page for 14 more days...I’d like to fruit all three species due to the recommended waiting time for stones

Do you think that brilliant person would recommend casing the azurecans as well? Casing does seem like the way to go but that gentleman's method is extremely confusing to a novice
Possibly an all verm casing? During the crumble/transfer process of the cakes, would it be wise to leave the stones or to pick them for future endeavors?

Ha, sorry for the shameless self plug...stonesun’s the man but isn’t active anymore. I couldn’t speak to the azzies but don’t see why a verm casing couldn’t be used...kind of depends on your plan for them. As far as the stone producers go, they’ll benefit greatly from a casing. Jiffy seed starter mix which is basically peat and coir with some other stuff, mixed with verm at 1:1 and treated with lime and heat pasteurized makes a good casing. Some people use coir and verm. I like jiffy and verm with sand and oyster shells/lime for stone producers (tamps in particular). If you only have/can get verm I’m sure it could be used solo but have never tried it so don’t quote me on that. I just figured you could case the jars as they seem small. You could also crumble and add together in a small tub and case as well. Whether you harvest stones at this point is your call. I’ve noticed my Jalisco did better with stones left in during fruiting. I had some rounds that I cased and fruited...they had a varied sub but you can case and fruit cakes, straight grain, etc. The more important part is going to be providing good fruiting conditions...ample FAE and rh. Cool project, btw!

Mycolorado thank you! Even as an absolute amateur, novice rookie I’m able to understand all of that. I think I’m gonna crumble/case the stone species and maybe just stick with the brf tek on the azures.

Those are the azures and the discoloration started developing after full colonization. It’s a light brown and I’ve seen a few pictures of azures mycelium with the same coloring. I’m not sure if it’s normal or just a common problem

Update: I tried to strait pf tek the tampanensis and Galindoi with a dunk and roll but after three days the mycelium was just colonizing the fresh verm casing. I ended up putting the cakes in a small flower pot surrounded by a coir, peat moss, casing( I added a dash of verm and lime).

After hours of research and indecision, I decided to chop up the Azurescen cakes and lay it on a bed of the same type of casing as a above. I topped that with a layer of boiled and soaked hardwood mix(hickory chips, pecan chips, and hardwood shreddings). Those bad boys are incubating, I’ve got my fingers crossed
