Grain straining ordered new strainer thinking of air pumping for quicker drying

So I always get a soggy wet bottom grain in my strainer and perfect grain on the top. I also always make a mess with the smaller grains (WBS/RGS) so I been on the hunt looking for a fine mesh strainer thats large and that I could figure out how to let the bottom dry as quickly as the top drys up to that perfect moisture level. This is what I came up with and will be experimenting with any ideas or suggestions welcomed
First for the fine mesh strainer I found online these 5 gallon bucket strainers. I figured this would be perfect! The mesh is fine enough to not allow the smallest of grains to pass through. Then I thought I could run a air pump line like what fish aquariums use right below where the strainer stops to pump fresh dry air into the underside of the strainer thus helping the bottom dry out at the same speed as the top layer or should I not mess with the air pump and just let the damn grain drain for days? Idk what type of water or special gravity most of you guys have going on in your areas but I never get perfectly dry on outside grain from letting it just sit and drain for a few hours like RR states in his video. I've even let them drain for a few days and they still are wet on outside.
Anyways with this bucket strainer I now can at least strain all my grains with out a mess and can even utilize it outside with a garden hose for the rinsing just gotta use a bucket with drain holes on the bottom and then flood the shit out of the grain.

I just use a regular cheap plastic strainer, and then dump it out on a big towel and spread it out.

I've been meaning to upload my DIY strainer but here it is.

All you need is a wood frame. (around here bread gets delivered on cheap trays made of wood which are thrown out all the time but any wood frame will do. I bought some anti-slip matting in a dollar-store type shop for β¬1.50 and some thumbtacks or nails or whatever.
It looks really close to the picture above but the left side is also "solid" You break off the flat panel part and stretch the mat over it nice and tight and secure it with the thumbtacks.
I let oats dry for about 30/45 mins and they're perfect. It's good for 5 quarts or so, so make more if you need more cause it's dirt cheap

yeah I was looking for a window screen at first but they're not as popular here and even people getting rid of one were asking for too much for them.
Ever since I started using this my jars haven't gotten contaminated which happened too often before because (I think) they're weren't dried enough.

I just bought 6 $1 strainers from the dollar store. I put them in my bath tub and the increased surface area works pretty well. I shake them a few times over the course of 30-60m to help them dry.

After straining i just shake my rye every ten minutes or so to even out the drying process.
Works like a charm. And no wet spots on the bottom.
Plus it fits over the edges of your sink.

hahaha the only strainers you can get cheap here are the ones that are round with a handle. those ones you see in pics from the states you just don't see here or they're 10 to 15 euros

No Walmart here in Ireland or UK and those exact ones I have seen but 15 dollars or euro for a strainer is crazy IMO

I use one of these. It will hold enough grain to fill 10 jars. I just give a few shakes every ten minutes or so.

That one looks cool.
I could probably find paint strainers but haven't seen 5 Gal ones.
Oats for me didn't dry well enough throughout until i made the big flat one above so there's more surface area. my last few jars have colonized better than before but hey... if it works
