These gonna be okay? 1

The mycelium turned a bit blue after I put it in the water but no worries. A little oxidation is all.
So I have wet perlite in the bottom releasing humidity in the air (do I have to mist?)
The terrarium is very small. Its a 4.5 gallon one so I know perlite will keep a high humidity.
Its getting natural sunlight from the window and I rolled in dry vermiculite. I fan it about 3 -
4 times a day depending on whether or not it needs it. Kept at about 72 - 74 degree F (22.2 degrees C )

It seems everyone says SGFC! SGFC SGFC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but I have seen good success in aquariums and terrariums with no air holes.
Or even success inside of jars and bottle tek methods. Even bucket teks with no holes.
The only "problem" I see that you are pointing out is my lack of holes.
I am going to fan frequently enough to remove excess CO2.

Fanning doesn't do anything. Do some more reading on why the different methods work. You're not setting up a bottle tek, and different methods have different rates of success, care requirements, etc.
Everyone says SGFC for a reason.

So I know that SGFC works well.
But I don't think it is necessary to grow mushrooms.
I have heard of the 10 gallon aquarium tek and so I am trying this tek. There are no holes involved in this one.
I know that the FAE from the bottom of the perlite will help move the air around and the humidity will rise to the top and keeps things humid with good FAE with the SGFC.
BUT
I believe you can also place your cakes on something higher in the chamber and let them fruit while the CO2 falls towards the bottom, then come by and fan the CO2 out of the chamber and introduce fresh oxygen. The perlite will evaporate and increase humidity and you will become the FAE for the mushrooms

I suggest you read the link. CO2 sinking and all that jazz is a myth. Are you choking on all the heavy gasses in the atmosphere or breathing a mix of it all?
I'm not sure why you asked for advice/help then. I'm gonna tell you how to get the most out of your effort, not just tell you it's all gravy. If you wanna make it harder for yourself, go ahead.

Youre absolutely right. Its not necessary to use an sgfc. But, for cakes, as it stands, it is optimal and time tested.
Yes you still want to mist. You want your cakes to glisten with moisture 2-3 times a day.

Ive just put away my SGFC because they dry out way to quick and I'm not going to mist 6 times a day or more to keep humidity up and cakes from drying out.
Something else with still a decent amount of airflow is fine. You can also tape over holes if there are too many holes but I taped up half of mine and still dries out too quick.
Just see how your results are and see if you can improve the next time

If it dries out too much just rehydrate the perlite more often.
Yes it can take more effort but its a small price to pay. This added airflow also keeps contamination at bay.

Right on man. It's going to operate so much smoother for you than trying to make a terrarium work. Good Luck!
