Unhealthy looking pins

I'm growing for the first time and a lot of my pins are looking dry. Using tub in tub to keep the temperature up above 70 and an aquarium pump for fresh air exchange. According to my hygrometer the rh is around 90. Can someone take a look and tell me what I'm doing wrong?

Mostly everything. Throw out the pump or get a pet fish and build a proper SGFC.

Yeah you need a SGFC for cakes. Your technique is outdated.

Just spent the last month reading everything I could about this stuff. Before my current set up I had a SGFC set up but I needed to use a ceramic heater to keep the temperature up and that killed the humidity. If anyone has a specific issue with my current setup I would be glad to hear about it.

A properly made SGFC uses natural air currents to create high relative humidity (RH) and constant fresh air exchange (FAE).
The fresh air flows in through the bottom holes and rises up through the damp perlite assisting in evaporation. This evaporation is where you get your humidity.
Because humid air rises, it flows up and out the other holes, thus allowing more fresh air in through the bottom. This is how you get constant FAE without sacrificing humidity.
And yes, fresh air also comes in through other holes as well, but without it coming in through the damp perllite, your SGFC and cakes will dry out faster, the perlite becomes practically useless, and your FAE is reduced.

1. Your cakes are suffocating, your current set up does not allow enough FAE. 2. Your perlite is useless without holes throughout your tub for air to pass through the perlite in order to create the proper climate inside your sgfc. 3. An aquarium pump has no place in mushroom cultivation. 4. You don't need a hygrometer, your cakes will tell you what they need. 5. If you can't keep your grow area above 70 degrees turn up your heat or wait for it to warm up in your area.
I've given you ample information, what you choose to do with it is up to you. It's done this way for a reason, because it works, it works well and has been tested and repeatedly proven to be better than the methods you're attempting to use.
