How long to wait before puking

So for 4/20 my wife and I are each going to do 60g fresh b+ cubes blended with oj. My wifes a champ and never pukes on anything but I always puke. Last week we did 40g lemon tea tek didn't strain or nothing and I had horrible gut rot for like the first 30-45 min trying not to puke but wonce I gave up and puked we had a really great trip. I'm good at not letting myself puke unless I want to. My question is, is there a certain time limit I should wait before puking so I can absorb the most outta the shrooms? Or should I not puke and just fight the feeling and it'll go away (last weak the gut rot was really sending me to a bad place).

I understand wanting to eat fresh mushies to get the highest psilocybin content but fresh messes with my stomach waaaaay more than dried. I think if you dry and then dose heavy you will be a lot more comfortable. ✌

Ya and to be honest I'd let them grow another day but it is 420 lol
