First time drying. Does it looks right ?

So I've posted here before about my plan to dry some shrooms in a humid environment with a fan. And then put them in honey for the journey away from here (Ecuadorian jungle)
It's been about 10hs so far and I just want to make sure it looks good and I'm making any mistakes. Since I'm thinking about staying an extra day and get some more.
I splited most of them in half (stamp and cup) to help them dry (very humid here)
Does it looks alright to you ? If I can't get it crack dry is it still ok to put it in Honey if i get them decent dry ?
What should I avoid in order to reduce risk of ruin it ?
Thank for your help to an amateur.

Keep drying as long as possible.
Gonna take forever with those conditions and that method but I'm doubting you have much choice.
Not sure how it will effect this "honey" method, I'm curious what others say, there's gotta be some old school cats who have dealt with fan drying.
Most of us use dehydrators.
I don't think many use honey

I've heard if you put anything other than cracker dry shrooms in honey, the moisture in them collaborate with the honey to make....something. I'm not sure, I can't remember. I don't think it became alchoholic, but I think the person said it became crystalline or something. Do some more research, because i'm not positive of this.

A friend I met here said he put them immidatly form the garden to the honey and it stayed active for long time. Since I heard so many people say otherwise I do try to dry them as much as possible. Hopefully I don't waste my time.

Yes, I have no personal experience, just reading what others say. I wish you the best, and hope you trip many many times from your efforts!

Also. As long as the fan work and there is drying, even very slow is there risk of damaging them ? I can stay a day longer to try dry them more. But is more time will be effective ?

I'm not sure how effective it would be in a humid environment. People usually use dessicsnt as well to suck out the remaining moisture and keep them dry. It's possible your best bet is staying until they're cracker dry from the fan. Nit sure hoe kong thst woukd take with your humidity. Hopefully someone more experienced chimes in

get some damprid.... lay some paper towels over that... seal the chamber off.. wait, and they will maintain shape, color, and potency

It will take over a week atleast maybe even 2, for those to get dry enough for them to snap when bent. Maybe you were better off just putting them in the honey right away. I have no experience with honey and mushrooms so I don’t really know. Were you going to chop them up and put them in honey?

I'm in a two streets town in the jungle. So no damprid. What about rice ?
They kind of cut to half for faster the drying. Was going to leave it this size and put it in.
I'll try to borrow hair drier from the barber shop here tomorrow
