Looking for a Tek (to build on or base my method off of).

I'm new to growing shrooms (as in I've never grown them). Me and a couple of friends are looking to grow some for the summer and fall. We've done shrooms for awhile but never needed to supply our own. Now that's our only option.
Basically, what would be the best bulk setup to get around 5-8 ounces? I know I should probably start off smaller and not worry about bulk but I move around a lot and am not looking for a consistent hobby but rather a means to be able to supply myself throughout the year.
I appreciate any help or links to grow journals or teks. Also, I'm going to be lazy and order my spawn and substrate (possibly casing) from [Website] just to take car of majority of the sterile/contamination part. If recommending teks, please be conscious on a few things:
*I'm wanting to bypass the use of jars, and pressure cookers.
*I'll be using pre-sterilized rye berry grow bags with a syringe.
*I'll be using pre-pasteurized compost and casing.
*I'll have to try to translate normal teks with traditional ingredients into using products that are already bagged, sterilized and in set quantities.

I mistakenly thought I deleted that thread, made this one, realized I didn't and then deleted the old one. I had made a few mistakes, read the stickys and wanted to clean up the post by making a new revised post. This to was a somewhat fail, I'm not used to this forum yet. Most other forums, when you delete something its completely gone for the most part. I'm open about trying to Revise a thread that I completely messed up because I'm a Noob (also open about that as well).

I couldn't translate the tek to using the method that I want to use. A few teks had no relative quantities for me to even attempt to appropriately scale.

It's the only way I have a shot at doing this with my current lifestyle and living arrangements. I know this isn't the best way nor is it the most bang for your buck way, but its the only way I have a chance at doing this.

ok. you have your bag. you inject some spores into the bag. the bag colonizes. you dump the colonized bag into a tub and mix it with the compost. mix it up good. then you wait until the mixture colonizes, toss the casing ontop and expose to lots of fresh air. flipped lid on your tub will do this.
thats all in theory of course cause youre using premade shit

I'm thinking of this:
*Spore Syringe *3lbs of rye berry (Sterilized bags). *64qt tub *5lbs of compost (pre-pasteurized) *1lb Pre-Pasteurized Casing Mix (roughly 4 cups).
I'd follow the basics of a monotub tek using a 64qt tub with all the hole measurements/bags/polyfill/tape. I'd hydrate the 5lbs of compost before putting it in the tub. Mix the hydrated sub in with the colonized grain and then cover with the casing mix. Would that roughly work?

This is my own mock up so far, it's a few teks and i've tried covering the basics. any revisions or advice would be highly valued.
-3lbs of rye berry (Sterilized bags).
-6500k light above and off to the side of the tub
-Clear(ish) 64qt tub
-Polyfill
-Tape
-Thrash bag
-5lbs of compost (pre-pasteurized)
-1lb Pre-Pasteurized Casing Mix (roughly 4 cups)
Prepare the tub:
Cut Holes:
6 5cm hole in the monotub. Make placement of the holes dependent on your sub depth.
2 5cm holes on the long sides of the tub about 2-3 cm above the top of the substrate depth.
1 5cm hole on each end about 5 cm from the top of the tub.
Put the end holes about 2-5 cm from the top of the tub.
Take the new thrash bag and open it up in your tub to create a liner for it. Taping the bag about 12 cm up the side of the tub.
Put polyfill in the holes.
***May need to tape holes for now***
Prepare the substrate.
Hydrate the sub/compost until its saturated but not excessively (squeeze test?).
Break up spawn in bags until its loose and chunky.
Hand mix the sub/comp and spawn in the tub uniform.
Cover spawn mix with Casing Mix.
This is as far as I have gotten.

Can anyone fill me in on the pollyfill. Should I take holes or leave untaped I've seen varying teks. Would greatly appreciate and guidance.
