Hey all, wanted to ask your input on these test jars and bags i started. Everything is from liquid culture that was made from agar. The agar was originally from spore syringe, that was transferred to 2nd agar then 2nd agar plate transferred to 3rd agar plate, so then used that 3rd agar to make the LC with. So was just wanted to see if things were looking good in the manner if i should be safe to start using my LC to the rest of my jars and bags.
This bag here Was NOT made from LC, this was just from the original spore syringe, had extra left over so just figured try it and see what i got, this one is not fully colonized yet however got to guys growing off the the bag, but ive noticed two things that wanted input on. 1) there is a dark blue'ish sport that been there for about a week or two, i think its just bruising but with lack of experience dont want to assume im correct on that subject matter.
also if you look at the pic from the front where you see one of the mushrooms growing off the bag there is some weird yellowish color, not sure what to make of it.

The next group of pics under here are all pics from test bags and jars that have had the LC applied to them.

if your bag is fruiting you done good man. However I would just case that shit and fruit it right from the bag. If you spawn it to a tub you run the risk of bacteria, seeing as its already fruiting.
use those jars for a mono once they colonize

Well these are truffles I'm going to be doing, just wanted input if everything looking like they where not contaminated to start rest of jars.
Also the bag is not a truffle strain, just concerned if that blue spot or weird yellow on the front of the bag near the mushroom could be a contamination.
