Strange Mushroom Growth

My first post, first of all, thanks for all the great info you've all posted on this site, i hoping you may be able to help me with the issue im having with growth.
Ive set up a martha in an insulated box, temp and humidity are controlled by Inkbird controllers, ultrasonic humidifier piped to feed from the top of the tent. Tent is fanned by a 4" bathroom fan which comes on every 2.5 hrs for 3 minutes. There are holes drilled in the bottom of the tent for drainage and ventilation. Temp is 25c, humidity is 92%.
The problem i am having is with Thai WBS jars from LC put into coir/verm/gypsum. Jars incredibly well colonized, substrate pasteurized and at field capacity.
Bulk sub was then divided in 1 litre trays with filtered lids to fully colonize. Trays were opened up and put into fruiting chamber when fully colonized. Here's where the problems begin.
Instead of pinning, the mycelium seems to continue to just grow and fluff up into globules of white mushroom tissue and then thats it.
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Do the globs bruise? They might he potent.
Might be mycogone but everything looks consistent with bad genetics / bacteria.
I had a strain that put out growths like that but not exclussively.

They're also very moist. Maybe bad FAE? Probably multiple problems

Nah bro. Give them a cool name like "tiger bombs" and tell people it's an exclusive once in a hundred year mutation that only exceptional growers can cultivate.
People will be clamoring and calling you for months asking if you still have them.

Looks like dry bubble or bacterial blobs to me. They both bruise when handled as well.

Not sure it is bacterial. Its definitely mushroom in texture, its fibrous, everything smells good. One thing i have just noticed is that the timer connected to the fan has reset, so it may not have been getting any air movement for i dont know how long, though the same model timer for the lighting is working fine. Ive installed another 2 fans this afternoon so each shelf has its own. Hopefully this will help control the standing moisture from the humidifier and make sure i have decent FAE.

Bacterial blobs are the result of mycelium tips fusing together to make it like that. It is indeed mycelium. Just doing that as a resoonse to bacteria. Hence bacterial blobs is what I call them. Basically like this:

That's contaminated with bacteria. If it were aerial mycelium, the strands would be individual, not all bundled up and shiny like that.
In the future, don't keep things so wet. Don't mist as soon as the sides of the terrarium dry out. The holes cause the sides and roof to dry out long before the cakes do. You got things too wet, and then kept them that way. I'd bury those in a shady spot outside in some well manured soil and hope for the best. RR
Exactly what he says. Don't keep things so wet.

Thanks for the great explanation. Given that jars were perfect, my pasteurization may not have been up to par as all trays are the same. As far as moisture is concerned, the tent is being kept at 92% humidity automatically as im not able to have a manual grow for various reasons, how far should this be dropped?

So i stripped the strange growth off the top of the cakes yesterday afternoon, flipped them over and removed them from the trays which were keeping everything wet. Just went in now to bin everything, deciding to start a fresh and noticed 6 of the 12 cakes are pinning! Nice surprise. If i still have a bacterial contam, if these pins mature, are they going to be safe to consume?

That makes sense, keeping the tent over 90% causes droplets to form on everything. Im going to dial the humidity down and see how these get on. Theres 3 fans in there now and a larger input for air. Fingers crossed.

Things arent looking too bad. For my first grow, im pretty happy and have definitely learned that i need to be a lot more fastidious with the sterility of the work space. Some cakes are fruiting faster than others, not sure why. Im PCing a LC jar to take a biopsy of that big one on the right and hooefully get another LC going.

Don't take tissue samples directly to LC. I am willing to bet it will contam. Put it on agar first and clean it up.

I think my tub has the same thing! I put together a tub and with in less then 24 hours white cotton ball stuff started growing out of control. I put it in the garage so as not contaminate everything! Please let me know if you find out what it is?
Thanks

The big fruits will probably need harvesting tonight. How long after harvesting can a sample be taken for agar? My agar gear arrived yesterday but im not going to have time to get the plates ready until early next week.

I cleaned all the white globules off the cakes and put then into fruiting and they started pinning, the cakes were previously too wet, lots of condensation in the tubs. Apparently this is bacterial contaminatiin and the white globules are the mycelium swarming the contamination. Im very new to this, so cant offer much advice im afraid
