I am well aware that you can grow liberty caps outdoors in NY- They grow wild.
But the question is, #1, if i can get liberty cap spores, what is the easiest way to grow them doing almost close to absolutely nothing? In the wild, mushrooms will just pop up all over the place, so how can i basically introduce a species to an area that
#1 i can easily just put down some poop or sawdust somehow and let it go #2 come back every year after the initial application
if #2 isnt possible, how do i go about #1?

You spend a lot of time reading and don't try to take the lazy way. You're asking for a hard project. Honestly, if you have to ask your odds of pulling it off are low. Try some PF cakes first.

Have you ever made spawn?
If you can get spawn, maybe you could just plant it in your yard, and hope it takes.

Yes, you probably can. But you're not gonna do it in any kind of lazy way. P. Semilanceata is an extremely hard Psilocybe to grow. If you don't already have experience growing mushrooms you're not gonna be able to pull it off.
You need to scale back your ambitions for now and try some Cubensis or like some Oysters or something first. Get an idea of how shit works. Outdoor Cubensis is stupidly easy if you can make some spawn.
