Are any of these PE6 ready to pick?

First time grower here. Decided to tackle some PE6, but they've taken forever and now I'm getting ansy! I've put so much time and love into these puppies and I wanna pick them when they're perfect. One side of this tub is growing a little faster, as you can see. If they're not ready to pick, 1) when will I know they're ready? It's hard to see the veil without putting my head down in the tub or physically manipulating my babies with my hands. I figured it's probably not a good idea to touch them. Yes I've read all about when they should be ready but I was wondering if anyone had any anecdotal evidence 2) should I pick this whole tub at once, or pick as they're done?

Those are all so close to being mature. I would wait 5 or 6 hours and cut em all.
As bod said though, it's your tub, harvest as they open up or wait for all of them to or cut them all out now. There are no wrong answers here.
